The 75 sqm apartment in Tel Aviv was a flip project. It's intended to be a cozy home for a young couple. In the brief I had to add a balcony to the 2nd floor.
I was building the whole new apartment while keeping the budget as small as possible.
I was in charge of all of the architectural aspects, from floor tiles to the woodwork.
