This is a 140 sqm private house in the center of Israel. The goal was to tear down the old house while keeping the outer walls intact. The concept was maintaining as much open space as possible while keeping a view of the beach. An important feature was to create a large storage solution for the new tenants. One of the constraints of designing was to fit a real-sized red phone booth. The floor has heated floors and smart features, keeping a countryside look and feel.
